Build strength, endurance, and consistency this summer with our Summer Group Personal Training Series ☀️💪

This series combines PT attention, fun group energy, and full-body workouts designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and stay accountable all summer long. If your goal is building muscle, improving cardio and strength endurance or just locking in and building your foundation, each session is designed to challenge and support you at your own level.

  • Training in a safe space and moving functionally 
  • Structured strength + conditioning workouts
  • Personalized coaching in a group setting
