We invite you to our special series: 

Join Kate and Melissa as we learn, share, connect  about the stages and symptoms, joys and struggles of Menopause. 

October Theme: Sacred Shifts with Ashley Koe 

Sacred Shifts: Renewed relationship with our changing bodies
Shifting our mindset, our inner dialog and creating a safe and well loved space within ourselves. 
This is an invitation to see her for where she is and reconnect with her changes, wisdom and new needs.
We'll do some somatic practices, in-joy some fun drinks and renew our relationship with our body.

Ashley Koe is an Energy Intuitive + Alignment coach who uses trauma-informed approaches honoring our whole selves (human + spiritual, light + dark, etc.) to co-create & nurture aligned wholistic living.
