Join Katie for an ancient guided meditation called Yoga Nidra, which means yogic sleep. This process guides our awareness inwards and we learn to ride the waves between wakefulness and sleep.  In this, our body finds it's natural equilibrium and homeostasis, and we fall into an innate state of bliss and deep rest. Anyone can practice yoga nidra and it's impossible to do it incorrectly- it has immense value for those struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or insomnia. Dressing in warm, comfortable clothing, and bringing extra pillows, blankets or yoga bolsters is recommended to aid comfort and relaxation, as this practice is done laying down on the ground.
