Elemental Flow Yoga
Each class will focus on fostering each element:
Earth (Stability): Grounding poses like forward folds, seated postures, and squat.
Water (Fluidity): Flowing sequences with hip openers and undulating movements.
Fire (Strength): Core work, arm balances, and strong standing poses.
Air (Lightness): Breath-centric class with heart openers and balancing postures.
Space (Freedom): Slower sequences with meditative movement and spacious stretches.
