We’ll begin with 60 minutes of mindful flow, combining breath and movement to energize the body, clear stagnant energy, and cultivate a sense of spaciousness and liberation within. Expect creative sequences, grounding postures, and heart-opening shapes designed to reconnect you to your inner strength and sovereignty.
The final 30 minutes will be devoted to Yoga Nidra—an effortless guided meditation practiced lying down. Through this deeply restorative practice, you’ll be invited to release layers of tension and thought, and rest in a place of profound inner freedom.
