HIIT Therapy v2 Core Focus is just that, the same fiery workout that we love with an added pilates and core focus.

This session is designed with a focus on cardiovascular health and  endurance as well as strength training, self defense and stress relief. 

HIIT Therapy uses both HIIT (VIIT) training and Tabata Style Cardio along with Kickboxing Bags and gloves for punching, kicking and hitting things in a safe environment while integrating Strength Training, The Step, the Ladder and other fitness tools.

Grab your towel and your water and get ready to work through your stress and empower your inner strength!
