This class starts with a foundational alignment and bodyweight movements that engage multiple muscle groups. These exercises are designed to enhance muscular endurance, stability, and functional strength. 

As the class progresses, we shift the focus to balance exercises, helping you improve coordination, posture, and overall body awareness. Through dynamic movements, you’ll challenge your stability and build core strength.

By blending strength, balance, and flexibility, this class promotes overall body health and well-being, helping you build strength, improve posture, and reduce stress, all in one powerful workout.
