Join Katie Bonnett for a nourishing 90-minute self-care experience designed to gently energize the body, soften tension, and deeply restore the nervous system.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of gentle flow, using slow, mindful movement to release stagnant energy, increase circulation, and invite a sense of vitality and ease. This will be followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga, where the body is fully supported in calming postures to encourage deep relaxation and release.
We’ll close with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that invites profound rest for the mind, body, and spirit — helping you reset, restore, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
