This class is just for the fellas! You know you need to work on mobility but maybe you don't know where to start, what to do or find the time to do it, this is the class for you.
Beginners or any one with a tight back, hips or neck are highly encouraged to take this class.
We'll stretch, roll and I'll try to not make it awkward ;)
