This dynamic total-body workout blends low impact cardio, functional strength training, and restorative stretching into one balanced session. We’ll start by elevating your heart rate with energizing cardio intervals designed to boost endurance and burn calories. Next, we’ll build strength using bodyweight exercises and resistance training to improve muscle tone, stability, and overall power. We’ll finish with intentional stretching to increase flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery.

Perfect for all fitness levels, this class offers modifications and progressions so you can move at your own pace while still being challenged. Expect to sweat, strengthen, and leave feeling refreshed and accomplished.
