Students are introduced to a variety of postures, yoga styles, breath work and guided meditation, led at a moderate pace. This class focuses on maintaining breath and body awareness moving through yoga postures with healthy alignment. While modifications are offered, this class is best suited for students who already have a basic understanding of the most common yoga poses.
