Yoga movement and breathing are amazing at helping to keep a positive perspective even during challenging times. Join Katie for this 60 minute vinyasa (breath linked with flowing movement) class that is meant to invigorate the body, mind and senses with physically challenging, yet accessible sequences. Learn how to focus your body's energy to build strength, balance and endurance. Each class will end with a guided meditation of positive affirmations to help boost confidence and self-esteem and encourage a positive mindset.
