Join Katie for a morning of self-care that includes restorative yoga and reading. Dress comfy and bring your current or favorite book (or borrow one from Katie's personal library!) We'll spend some time in yoga postures and sequences to get our kinks and wiggles out, and then we'll read in companionable silence while exploring different restorative postures. Come get cozy and read with us!
