Our new STEP and Strength class is a heated blend cardio and strength training. 
This fun fitness class is set to rap/hip hop from all decades and is for all levels. 
We'll utilize the step platform, weights and resistance bands to promote caloric burn, muscle build and toning and improved cardiovascular health. 

Clean shoes to be worn during this class. 
All equipment supplied in studio for studio use.
