Strength and Stability is low impact strength and balance training workout. 
In this class we will utilize our bigger muscle groups with the option to use dumbbells as well as our local, intrinsic muscle groups with dynamic flows and single leg balance. 

This is a mat based class. Barefoot or Barresox encouraged.
