This class is a high intensity workout that incorporates strength training with Tabata cardio bursts. We target larger muscle groups using your choice of dumbbells, bringing awareness to form and alignment and movement with integrity. Our cardio is bodyweight only with variations for all ranges of motions and intensities.



Equipment: Light to Medium Weights, Fitness (Yoga) Mat + Foam Roller
