40-45 mins Strength + Cardio: This class is a high intensity workout that incorporates strength training with Tabata cardio bursts. We target larger muscle groups using your choice of dumbbells, bringing awareness to form and alignment and movement with integrity. Our cardio is bodyweight only with variations for all ranges of motions and intensities.
5-10 mins Stretching and Foam Rolling: Self myofascial release using Rollga Foam Rollers to release tension, improve range of motion and aid in muscle recovery.
