HIIT Therapy is a small group training session.
With a max of 4 participants, this class is designed with a focus on cardiovascular health and endurance as well as strength and empowerment and stress relief.
HIIT Therapy uses both HIIT (VIIT) training and Tabata Style Cardio along with Kickboxing Bags for Gloves for punching, kicking and hitting things in a safe environment while integrating Strength Training and the the Ladder.
